No surprises but captures that older style trance that we know and love.
The over all mix down is in need of some attention as it sounds a little rough around the edges but a pretty good job otherwise.
Hey again, cheers for the YSI link Much more stable.
Well this tune is definitely pretty rushy and very catchy, it stayed in my head for about an hour after I listened to it! I don't really have many issues with it apart from the main lead synth - it borders on that cheesy hard-dance style and needs a bit of EQ'ing, it's a little thrashy.
I am always captured by a track which doesn't immediately start off as just kicks and percs though, so that bit was interesting and makes it sound more epic.
I would take a bit of the space factor off that spacey synth overlay though, but that's a personal taste thing, I'm sure plenty of people would love the sound - it has the makings of a carlo resoort vibe but needs to be tamed a little imo. Melodic progression and arrangement is nice though, it's got big potential!

Beautiful intro. The kick and bassline flow was excellent and crisp.
The side-chaining work was somewhat drony, but because you had such a good acid-line going the vibe was strong and dignified. At first, I thought the arp sounded generic and cheap, but I just reminisced about the good'ol days and felt refreshed.
I'd work on the treble a little more after the breakdown... it is causing the overall track to feel a little pushed down under compression, or is that just an illusion?
This is one of the best uplifting trance tracks I've heard from this joint in a while.
