ok so i got reminded of this movie somehow and i oculdnt remmeber the name and its really bothering me, i thought it was cruel intentinos with ryan phillepe but its not that one

the only part i remember is that it involves this crazy boyfriend type character, and at one point in the movie when tension is building up like crazy he is on this rollercoaster with the girl and as they reach the peek of the hill he starts going up her skirt making her very uncomfortable.


random i know but its one of those tip of your tounge things lol... im pretty sure it came out late 90's
