we were at ocean & 9th last year. perfect...

- right across from the beach
- 2 blocks from the cleve
- right between nikki and shelbourne/shine
- easy access to downtown via interstate

Shelley is looking after it for us - looks lik Lincoln Ave this year.

So nice.. I wish we could have moved in. Too bad he is holding out this year. We paid around $2000 for the week (by booking the day they announced the dates) and he then had offers of up to $5000 closer to the date.
