Calex: CopyKat, Victoria

While Calex is still fairly new to DJing his ability to rock a crowd is not in question. His unique sound is not found amongst many Vancouver Island DJ's; he takes elements of electro, progressive, techno and all things in-between to make sure that the crowd gets what they want. While his love affair with electronic music started only 4 years ago, he has immersed himself as few have. Constantly looking for new tracks or trying to track down that song he heard on a set of one of his many influences, he prides his ability to bring original and unheard of releases to the audience. He is consistently evolving and finding new music to share with his audience. This need to spread his passion, along with his goal of learning as much about the craft as possible has made Calex one of Victoria's fastest rising DJ's

Carson

DJ Carson has gained popularity all over British Columbia, and the world, with his unique blend of tech, electro, and funky house. His love of music started at a very young age and Carson knew early on that he wanted to make people dance. He started out by having a college radio show, then went on to DJ school dances, and now he is a resident at one of Victoria's best club nights... Lush Saturdays @ Hush. Whether he's getting the night started, or playing at peak hour, Carson has the answer. His most memorable gigs include opening for DJs and producers Donald Glaude, DJ Dan, and Hatiras as well as playing at Vancouver Island's own Soundwave Music Festival. See and hear him once, and you'll be looking forward to when it can happen again.
