Trying to find out the name of this song, really hard one!!!

Its a techo/dance/trance song from the late 90's possibly early 00's

Has alot of tunes and then half way through the song he says some words, but the only ones i remember are "she was there.... she was just sitting there" or maybe "it was there... it was just sitting there" something along those lines. Then more music untill then end. Just a electronic beat. Male voice.

Any ideas ?
