African countries have refused to continue negotiations unless talks on a second commitment period to the Kyoto Protocol are prioritized ahead of broader discussions under a second LCA track. Australia, Japan and others have succeeded in stopping Kyoto Protocol discussions as a result.

That's not how it's supposed to work. The global average temperature is supposed to go up, but that doesn't mean we're all going to fry at the same time as it happens.

I was specifically told by the media 3 years ago that we would have baking long summers and mild winters coupled with a 13 foot sea level rise , which dont matter to me as im living 800 ft above sea level.
It was promised , and it aint here yet
