Hello I'm a fairly new producer that would like some feedback on my first attempt at trance.

Here is my myspace - 1st track to play.

Hehe well I can see how people listening to this may have been a little confused about what to say! I found this a bit themey... ok a LOT themey. Didn't really strike me as trance dude, it has some cool dark elements to it (although I'm not a star wars fan at all so perhaps didn't appreciate as much as I coulda) but it's more of a minimal trippy electronica tune, mainly due to the distortion and whacked out phaser FX you've used. If you want to make trance I'd definitely recommend listening to a lot of new stuff and try and replicate the elements you're hearing, while putting your own spin on them
