Can anyone tell about these GOLD Club events? Is that a new promotion company or something?

I think they are the benson and hedges sponsored events called "gold club series". They are responsible for bringing tiesto and corsten to guv in 2001

yepps they're pretty much Benson & Hedges promoting parties.. i think they go under that pseudoname cuz B&H isn't exactly a 'catchy' party name i guess .. sorta like the Nokia and Renaissance thing ?

i guess itz not a bad idea having these corps get involved like this since it brings the names and can afford to pay those exhorbant off duty police fees.. :P

does anyone know if Goldclub is affiliated with those Science events they have at Guv ??

... well they dont really pay it, they just back it for the first party, and we end up paying inflated prices for parties.

GoldClub is affiliated with some of the Science parties (but not all), they were involved with the Hybrid/Sandra Collins party and they are also doing the Seaman and the Lawler science parties...

Having GoldClub sponsoring an event definitely keeps the ticket prices down... just look at the huge line-up for the upcoming Science party this weekend @ Guv, all for only $20/$25...

Science is the owner of the Guv, one of his Managers and one of his talent bookers - B&H (or Gold Club) is just a sponsor.

Enjoy the cheap tickets now as pretty soon a few big corporate names will have pretty much eliminated all the competition - and then see what the prices look like! Nothing like bottomless pockets to win a war!
