Mp3 album art, how do I embedd it?

This may be a simple question or maybe not. I am not stupid but, I got my track all mastered down and I encoded it to mp3, typed all the information in, and realized what I was missing is album art. So my question is, what is the easiest way or program for me to put a pic in my mp3 as album art. And also, can I do this in each mp3? or does it have to be in an M3u or whatever the filename is called?

i briefly looked into this a while ago, i believe you need some form of software tool to embed the images. Although apparently most of them are rubbish.

its quite difficult to do it yourself, so i would recommend searching the net and spending some time trying to find a decent tool.

well theres that yes, but isnt that just specific to WMP?

or does WMP add art info so it can be recognised by other programs?
