Hello Everyone:

I have been going back and forth the last 4-5 months on the idea of putting together an album that sums up the last 10 years of electronic music.

Anyways - I was looking for everyone here, who has a moment - to list their favorite tunes of the last 5-10 years. Preferably original works by trance artists, of course which is why I'm posting here ;-)

I'm talking about the kind of tracks that make you swell up inside or give you goosebumps when you hear it, and no matter where you are - it takes you back to this party, your holiday - or wherever it was when the track had such an impact on you.

I'm posting this because essentially - I am bringing together an album that will bridge the time between these tracks together. Quite literally a photo book of these tunes, and I want to see what everyone out there has in mind - compared to my own ideas. :-)

When you listen to the album - it will be enough to bring you back to the time so you can remember everything - who you were with, how you felt - but be unobtrusive - just like the photobook - letting you drift through those memories and not impose new ones.

I'm taking this concept to a live format over the summer at a couple of outdoor festivals. The show will be played a halfhour before sunrise - and continue for an hour letting the day break over these memories, giving reflection on how much this music - and the last 10 years has impacted their lives.
