Question Feedback Please - New Uplifting Vocal Remix [320k Sample]

Hi all

Here’s a sample of a new vocal remix I’m almost finished working on. I’ve used a Robert Nickson kick and a load of percs from The Thrillseekers with a combination of some of my own basslines, synths and leads.

Clickety Click

It’s due out fairly shortly so the name is still under wraps, but I’d really appreciate any feedback. I’m intending to rebalance it but you’ll hear what I have in mind.

Thanks for listening!

Feedback

It sound pretty good I like it a lot, the finished track should be really good.

The bassline could be louder, and you could try thickening the bassline up.

Also try thickening the lead synth up and see how that sounds, or try rolling off like the high end from 12K, or both. Better yet, if you automate the high end roll off to sweep it should sound pretty cool

Give me some feedback on my stuff please.

Thanks!

Nice melodies in the synths and vox. I like the combination of timbres. Overall, the mix is very flat (EQ-wise, not pitch-wise) and has little depth or 'ooomph'. Can't wait to hear the finished version.

Thanks very much for checking it out all. It's actually produced at 135 but upping it to about 138 makes quite a difference to the overall energy of the track.

I'm going to fill out the low pads, drop the treble on the zip effect and I'm going to pad out the breakdown a little more. I'll master it up fully and post again in a few days. Thanks again!
