Funny story...went to Mexico for the first time last year and I ordered a Corona at a restaurant. To my surprise, all I got was the bottle and no lime

I asked the waitress for some slices of lime and some salt and she gave me the look. Then, when I got my lime and salt the lime was sliced in half, not like they usually slice it to fit inside the beer bottle...

Apparently, everyone drinks Coronas this way except in Mexico, go figure!

If I want to add salt and/or lime to my beer Ill do it myself. When a company does the mixing, it tastes like shit. Once in a while Ill add a lime to a corona but I wont pay for that watered down shit.

Most Mexicans hate Corona and drink Dos Equis.

Same with Hef beer and adding orange slices. A coworker from austria came for a week and we hit the bar. He ordered a hef and came with an orange slice and he was disgusted.
