before they dropped the first album, most of the records finn & ryan was releasing back then was sound as fuck. especially the one on jamayka that had that sweet b-side 'late night jackin'.

No I wouldn't say it's the vocals. Perhaps I spoke too soon, they slowly turned into a pretty pop house type of affair...maybe about 2 years ago or so? It's their entire production value, it just sounds a bit poppy to me.

i totally agree with the 2 year but lately they reached the benassi level.
I thought his sound used to be a lot more legit before too. I had a couple of his tracks back in the mixes I was putting together around 2005/2006. I just checked and realized they were all remixes though, so I'm starting to think his originals were always kinda cheesy now.
