yes this was released. i have it on promo i remember it was release on 1 of the copies but i forgot which 1 i think it was a US release i can be wrong though.

mark shimmon released this remix long time ago, in fact i have it on my reactive series cd's, 21st Deep Trance (which btw rocks, 1 of my best cd's i bought) remixed by Mark Shimmon himself i find this remix as 1 of the best for Mercury & Solace other's are just plan and simply boring with no strategy to it...original mix is just great too..
