PST - that's not even a real time zone, you're making it up. (we Brits only have to deal with one so your whole "4 for one country" situation just confuses us )

I love it how Venezuela decided to make their own time zone last year, just to be different... GMT-4:30, takes the piss. You're supposed to use even hours from GMT for a reason - cos London's the centre of the universe. We invented the 12 hour clock (actually it was India, but we conquered them in the 1800s so we can claim their history as our own if we jolly well want to).
