How about this, I'll make a selection (lager, pale ale, stout) and we can take bets on which one gets the biggest distance.
the recipe sounds pretty idiot proof, so expect me to fuck it up somehow:
4 egg yolks,
125 ml of beer
4 tablespoons of sugar.
Stir them over low heat until the mixture rises making sure it doesn’t come to the boil. Once done, put in your serving bowl and freeze.
