Olympics - Beijing 2008 Discussion
I thought I'd take a quick look in the SD and couldn't find a discussion thread relating to the Beijing 2008 Olympic Games. SO HERE IT IT FOLKS!

The 2008 Olympics begin in Beijing on Friday 08/08/08 with more than 200 countries taking part in the opening ceremony at the Bird's Nest stadium.
A three-hour spectacular is promised, starting at 1300 BST/GMT, with basketball star Yao Ming to carry the hosts' flag.
The build-up to the Games has featured concerns over pollution and protests over China's human rights record.
The Men's and Women's Football has already kicked off on Wednesday this week, with wins for Brazil, Argentina and Italy among others in the Mens, accompanied by opening day victories for the likes of China, Canada and a surprise result for Norway over the USA in the women's event.
