Why do girls ditch their friends for their boyfriends? I am not even talking about "the one" here...
I have a friend that every time she meets a new man she drops everything for him. She doesn't keep her men for long either but I have been there for her for over 7 years now and I always am there to pick up the pieces. I want to just give up but I want to be a good friend. When do i just tell her I'm done being a doormat?

Drop her. Less drama, easier to sleep, and more time for other things. Namely your own stuff.

Dropping close friends is one of the worst things you can do in life, especially if you can prevent it from happening.
One day she's wake up and you won't be there for her anymore. It may not seem that way but it will happen and then she can pick her own pieces up. There's only so much direction and love you can give someone before they burn you out through their stupidity and if you can do that to a close friend then you're not a very good friend.
Tell her how it is and if she keeps going, move on.
