Produkt Presents: Sharam(Deep Dish) W/ Special Performances @ Club 1234 June 6th

Club 1234 in collaboration with Produkt is Proud to Present:

.....:::: Sharam From DEEP DISH on Friday June 6th ::::....

FOR TICKETS. GUEST-LIST OR TABLE RESERVATION CONTACT 514 774 7827

Sharam’s ‘P.A.T.T (Party All The Time)’ was one of 2007’s biggest worldwide dance records. A No.8 in the UK, it spent 15 weeks in the Top 30, achieving A lists at every major radio and TV station, and topping numerous club and DJ charts. After a year spent recording his debut solo album, ‘Sidedish’, which includes guest spots from P Diddy, Chuck D, Tommy Lee, Nic Fancuilli, and more, the Grammy winner has returned with ‘The One’, featuring Daniel Bedingfield on vocals. ‘The One’ has already received several plays from Pete Tong and Zane Lowe on Radio 1, Galaxy, and Kiss on national radio, and a host of ILR stations have made this a priority track.

A major club record for months, it’s been played by DJs including Erick Morillo, David Guetta, Loose Cannons, and beyond. ‘P.A.T.T.’ was Sharam’s first solo single, after taking a break from being one half of Grammy Award nominated and Grammy Award winners Deep Dish, the most successful US dance duo in history.

He moves effortlessly between a nocturnal world of underground dancefloors with acid house cuts like ‘Get Wild’ (hammered by Dubfire, Angello, Ingrosso, Prydz, and a wide range of electro and techno DJs), and daytime commercial radio with releases such as ‘The One’. Always unpredictable, Sharam will never conform to anything other than his own high standards. Daniel Bedingfield, who to date has 3 UK No.1 singles and a 5x platinum debut album to his name, heard Sharam’s version of ‘If You’re Not The One’ last year, when it became a club anthem in Miami and Ibiza. He then got in touch with the US based DJ and producer, and they agreed to collaborate together. Alongside the radio and dub mixes, remixes come from David Guetta & Joachim Garraud, Cedric Gervais, Dean Coleman, and D Formation.

My favorite quote about the night:

"Sharam Tayebi mans the turntables as one half of the Grammy award winning DJ/production duo Deep Dish. Characterized by a harder style than his partner Ali "Dubfire" Shirazinia, Sharam performs as Deep Dish featuring Sharam, when he takes to the road to deliver his signature half of the distinct Deep Dish sound. "

Got in at around 4:45, Ned Shepard was about to finish, didn't get to listen to him alot but the crowd seemed really into it. Sharam came in at around 5 I think, I left at 6:30 ..It was one of the most boring sets I ever experinced in Stereo, I don't know if this is his style but it sounded at certain moments like lounge music, I just couldn't dance, it was very soft. It started to progress at around 6:00 but then when he started playing commerical tunes, I just left.

To be honest, he arrived at 1234 at 1AM and put the fire in the party, he played a super progressive electro deep set for a clientele of 25+. The setup was amazingggg, After his set that he finished at 3h15, he was really cool to speak with everyone he stayed at the club till 4 to chillout and everything and to take some pictures ( ive got 2 ) with the people. The guy is super nice, and produkt people are real gentlemens ( alex K , brandon ). After that i went to Stereo with them and not stayed for a long but his concept at stereo was different than the one at 1234, maybe thats the reason why he was a bit confuse. Get Wild is a totally different concept then the Yoshitoshis night. Anyways, the guys is great and every1 stayed till the end at 1234, and for those that are saying that 1234 is 16 years old people, you should have come yesterday, we had some of the biggest clients that run around the city that i know with a super mature clientele. Anyways, Sharam, 9/10

defienitly, it wasn't the typical 1234 crowd, it was older, way older... in fact too old

also, major sausage fest, but thats another story.

I didn't like his set, i never got into it.
