India will not sign the Comprehensive Test Ban Treaty (CTBT) that prevents it from conducting further nuclear tests. They CLEARLY in clear language said it they will NEVER sign CTBT. You get it?

India is not a signatory to the Nuclear Non Proliferation Treaty (NPT) either. Neither have any intentions to do so. They have a FIRM no to that.

In words of PM of India:

We have also said that if the CTBT came into being we will not sign it, there is no pressure from the US on India to sign the NPT or any other international arrangement.

No we will not sign any such agreement. We are India.

And still world looks other way and pushes sanctions against countries like Iran, impoverishing its children, depriving of essential supplies like medecine, food and blocking all trades in technology to build a modern economy. Looks like US dosent want certain countries to modernise, to be a modern industrialised nation, to be a developed country from a developing country. They dont want oil producing countries to be independant of just being oil producing nation.
