My Calculator Just Died
My calculator, TI-30Xa, died this morning at approximately 7:30am in a furious note taking and error checking session. It's been my beloved calculator for well over 2 years now, bringing me the joys of accuracy, exploration and knowledge. While definitely not as advanced as the other calculators in the room to where it died, it stood out as the calculator which brought gloriously high marks and #1 STUNNA test scores.
When it happened, I was scared, for myself and my calculator. How would I be able to support myself for the rest of the class period? Will some social service be granted to me by the other class mates? Will I fall behind on my daily payment of sufficient quiz scores? I was scared, but that's all irrelevant now. TI-30Xa is dead, and while the physical void of it may be replaced, the emotional attachment cannot. You helped me get the girl. You helped me do my taxes. You helped me re-do my taxes. You helped me for my future career. I am indebted to you for eternity.
RIP TI-30Xa
