A small internet rant

I pay 1100 Rs a month (approx 30$) for a 256 kbps connection, which is provided by the only company that a few years back was allowed to enter our building complex, so we had no other choice (except dial-up, which is no choice really), get maximum download speeds of 30 kb/s, but which is mostly 10-12 on average. This is the best my money can buy at the moment, which is phenomenally outrageous. This same connection disconnects itself every 30-45 minutes and fucks up any download over 40-50 mb.

It is annoying, frustrating and fucking pathetic.

My brother was just ranting to me how he pays up to 200mb download/month and his PC decided to update about 4G while he was asleep and now he owes a shitload of money. I hate PCs.

Where does your brother live? If he lives in the states, he has an unlimited up/down connection.
