Saw commercials on TV for this awhile back.
Did you hear they're doing another show on another network (I forget the name and network though). It's basically the exact same thing...except instead of being an all american show, they have american contestants who sign up for a game show, but it turns out it's a Japanese game show (aka MXC or something like it).
Glad to see the American's are coming out with some really original show ideas!!
