Hopefully someone can help me with this.

A friend ask me if i could get, the name at least, of a song that she described as techno -let's just say electronic, 'cuse she's more rocker-. The thing about the song is that contain vocals by Frank Black (from Pixies if anyone doesn't know). Apparently, when she heard the track, someone told her that it was by a "famous" DJ. She doesn't know more info. So, that's all i have, techno track by a famous DJ with vocals by Frank Black.

I started to look discogs for some possible match with the description, but it's not an easy job
