LOL im so helpful arent I??? Cosmic Gate was on from 12:42AM- 3:10am. (LOL... yea i have a weird memory for numbers and I like to time sets just to see how long these DJs will play for) So 2.5 hours, not bad.

Woulda like to hear some DJ Eco, Markus Schulz, Maybe the new Richard Durand mix of AVB - In and Out of Love. - I requested Shana- Mr Pitt (Duderstadt Prog Dub Mix) but they only had 2 songs left.

Victor Dinair was awesome I thought- He played one of my FAV tracks - Everything but the Girl - Wrong Perfection (Noel Sanger Mix) - OMG SO GOOD.... that brought me immediately to the dance floor at like 11:15 or so after we had just showed up.

I agree about Johan- his first half hour or so was iffy for me, but then all of a sudden towards the middle to the end it got fucking GREAT and I didnt want him to stop despite having been dancing since 1130. He stopped at 5 exactly pretty much. The only thing that kinda got me a bit with him is that he kept leaving the decks to go search through his CDs... I was a little confused, itd be like the breakdown of a song and he wouldnt be up there. Or the tail of the song would drag out and I was getting worried he like wasnt going to be back in time to mix the next one in hahahaha... I mean, not seriously worried but I was thinkin dude where are you!? He was really good tho - none of the above is a huge deal, just sayin. he played PVD- NYC, First State- Falling, Southern Sun!!... (not the remix I prefer but thats okay, i forget which one it was) ... Closed with Blue Monday (thats correct right?) that song was BANGIN, loved it. He played a lot of tunes I hadnt ever heard but they were pretty high energy and I fell in love with him, I love when a dj can bring me something new I instantly like, thats kinda my test to see if I like them when its someone I have never seen before... u know.

Robdawg was actually out back hanging with Johan and meeting him and chillin for the first half or so of his set- thank god I thought the kid disappeared I was ready to send out a search team bc i knew how excited he was!!! LOL...

Anyways IM SO HAPPY I WENT to this show... it was an absolute blast, Seriously wow. cosmic gate is unreal live. I would see them again in a heart beat!!! Cant wait to come back to NY!

OKay thats it for me. Cant wait to see everyones pictures!!

First time seeing Cosmic Gate (finally - third time's a charm!) and they were Wish I had made it for their extended set at webster a while back... *sigh* My camera also died during some of the highlights in Johan's set, which started off kind of "different" imo, but picked up in the last 40 mins! Victor is a very solid dj, always get into his set - wish I could ID more/had made it earlier.

eh..it seems like Cosmic plays pretty much the same stuff everytime here..im sure ill catch them somewhere soon outside of NY to make up for it..i had a blast an Fanciulli tho
