Well i wont go into the details and all but we turned our double house into a single, i called the basement.
Anyways i was gonna get some TT's and everyhting before but i had no place to put them, i was wondering if there are any good guides on what i shoudl get firstin TT's and a mixer(i'll be mixing trance, club). Also if its worth the buy, i dont have a job now and i was either gonna ask for a pool table, TT's, or a bowflex for X-mas..
Also should i start out used? just to make sure i like it and all?
thanks

if your not sure your going to stick with it...then definetly go used. That way you arent out a lot of money when you resell.
Djing is a great hobby..but it takes a lot of hard work and patience
give it your all and im sure you'll be more then happy with your decision

hmm...I say buy cheap decks if you are not 100% sure you want to stick with this hobby. I wanted turntables for such a long time and while I was saving every penny I had, I wanted to just spend what I had on cheap decks. However, I decided against doing this because I know I would eventually want to upgrade to Technics. Needless to say, after 4 months of hardcore saving, I just purchased two slightly used 1200mk2's and a Stanton RM3s mixer. Now i just have to buy some decent headphones (I'm thinking about the Sony MDR-v6's...anyone recommend anything else) and then start buying vinyl. Good Luck. Just make sure you know that you will be investintg ALOT of hard earned money into this hobby. Oh and to the people whose parents buy all their equipment and vinyl (ahem...amit)...SKREW YOUUUUUU!!!
