Have you tried reinstalling Massive? Sometimes that's a quicker solution than troubleshooting. Also, make sure that you're using the most recent version.

Haven't had this problem, so I don't know what it could be. I do know that downloaded vst's can have problems. (Just for the record, I don't want to imply anything with it.)

Try deleting the file 'c:\Documents And Settings\\Local Settings\Application Data\Native Instruments\Massive\NIMassiveDatabase' (or something like that, cant check the exact path as I'm at work).

maybe the (insert wack ass cracker here) version you have is bad... try buying this piece of software so that we might have more amazing softsynths from the folks at NI in the future
