Hi there,

together with some friends i am planning to a weekend trip to berlin. Our main reason for this visit: Clubbing

The weekend we are heading for is 21-21 november or 12-13 december.

I want some information before I plan my trip.

1: Hotel: Any good/reasonable priced hotels preferably with a late check out time. There are like a millions hotels in Berlin. Not sure where to start looking.

2: Clubbing dates: In the Netherlands we got sites like partyflock.nl where all club programmes and line ups are listed. Any similar in Germany/Berlin area? I like to check line ups but the only thing i found were some sites with outdated info. Also the sites from the clubs aren't up-to-date.

3: Clubs: We are looking at Watergate, Panoramabar and Maria club. These are the most well known popular clubs at the moment. Any other clubs to look out for? We are mostly into minimal,techno,techhouse and house. (not so much trance anymore sorry )

4: Getting into clubs: I have read on some forums that the panorama bar is sometimes hard to get in. We are going with about 4 to 6 guys. What are the chances not being allowed into the club?

5: Any other piece of advise?

1.) IBIS Hotel is a good address always - for example the one at the "Ostbahnhof" (East station) - thats very close to the watergate, maria and the panoramabar

2.) We had Techno.de before, but this site is almost dead.

3.) If you like tech / techhhous - then you need to go to the Tresor

4.) yes thats true - but i dont have an advice how you get a better chance to come in - maybe one of the others here do
