natural sugars? one smoothie has more sugar in it than the usda recommends for an entire day's consumption. do you think all that sugar comes from the scoop of fruit they toss in the blender? lol. you can go ahead and drink whatever you want, but don't fool yourself. jamba smoothies are not healthy, they are a form of candy: your insulin levels will spike, your triglycerides will elevate and your immune system will depress as soon as you start sipping away. make it a habit and you'll enjoy the same health risks as soda drinkers: heart disease, obesity, type 2 diabetes and tooth decay, amongst other things.
