After a long night piss up , i staggared in at 2ish , absolutley steemed, i laid on my bed and i wanted to goto sleep. Then my head started to spin, i fuckin hate it when it does that, i tried to block it out but this resulted in major headaches, i ran into the bathroom and exploded black chunks and black mushy shit it was pure ill, i thought to myself WTF ? I could not recall drinking anything black, only larger and a few bottles, as i dont smoke i wondered what this black stuff is ? is it blood ? anyone have any ideas ?

actually Im pretty sure it was smthn U ate, since it cant really be anything else now can it?

anyway when U lie on your bed and Ur head starts spinning, there is a nice way to stop it: just put your arm (or your leg) over the bed side on the floor, and let it rest there.. It always helps me
