Detecting scales in Melodyne

Very new to Melodyne... less than 24 hours. I've gone through the manual and found how to snap a sample to a scale, and how to select a scale and alter the sample to that scale, but I can't find anywhere that shows how Melodyne can detect what scale a sample is in in its original format (and tell me what it is). I have an acapella, for example, and I'm curious what scale it is in... or have a series of melodies, same thing... I know I can look at the notes and do some process of elimination, but I've got to believe Melodyne does this and I'm just overlooking it.

Any help appreciated.
