Actually FIFA ruled that all clubs must release all eligible U-23 players to play in the olympics. So he will be playing as long as the ruling is upheld during the appeal. See link below:

Rhinaldino may night play for Brazil because he is over 23 and FIFA said that releasing over 23 players for the olympics is not required. But that really won't make a difference since Rhinaldino is nowhere near what he used to be.

In any case I'm still pulling for the Oranje! And the US will be my second choice. Hopefully they both are the ones to advance out of group B.
