Did anyone go?

I heard the party was good but not a lot of people showed up. i could be wrong tho! somebody clear this up!

yes it is for real he didnt even tell the promoters he wasnt coming until 10pm the nite of the event. he ended up sending xnoize instead.

He let SF know he wasnt coming over 3 weeks in advance.

Are you sure? That doesnt seem right. Dont want to overspeak without knowing but he let SF know very early so maybe you/the promoters are just trying to say he didnt inform everyone so people dont get pissed. Not sure like i said. Just seems very odd for him to do that. He never has and know many promoters who book him worldwide.

I agree, esp. a pro-DJ like Astrix should be more professional in handling anything like this. Assuming that he works for a label company, he would not do such thing to jeopardize his ratings from the fans.

I'm not sure if Fresh ever published any sort of notification or apology letter to explain the situation, but if Astrix did tell Fresh way in advanced, it would be Fresh's mistake for not announcing it. And again if that was the case, I think it was very misleading that they didn't take out the Astrix from the flyer even until the night of the event.

For those who went and are pissed message astrix on facebook or myspace and the management will get back to you with what really happened. I doubt he didnt notify promoters. I also doubt it was last minute becuase he did have the time to send in a replacement from xnoise.
