Not really, actually. It's basically a more condescending version of the c0r more focused on politics and current events with more linking to articles and youtube videos. The c0r if it had become even more cynical and pedantic basically.

Same goes for the all the sports threads in here recently. It'd be nice if these clueless idiots points of view could be contained to a forum I barely frequent. I don't understand why the mods aren't cleaning these up.

well for one, if you don't like topics don't read the thread. the c0r isnt like the tracklist forum which has a specific purpose. essentially we can post what we want and if people didn't want to address a subject then the thread dies. clearly all the responses in sports and political threads means people find some type of interest.
