THM ISLAND PARTY 2008 FAQ's
1. What time is the party?
11am - 8pm
2. Where is the dock/boat ramp/shuttle service?
The shuttle to and from the island will take off from the Seminole Street Boat Ramp, in beautiful downtown Clwr. Click Here for info on the dock along with a map and directions (scroll down page for link to Google map)
3. What time should we be at the dock?
The shuttles will start running to the island at 10:30am an will run continuously until the majority of the people have been transported. After that they will run every 30 minutes the rest of the day to pick people up and to take people back. Of course if there is an emergency we will accommodate you to get off the island.
4. Whats the cover?
We are only asking $5 to get to and from the island
5. How long will the shuttles run?
Continuously in the morning until everyone is on the island, and at the end of the day until everyone is back at the dock, and then every 30 minutes throughout the day.
6. What should I bring?
Basic beach supplies: Sunblock, beach chair, towel, blanket, water, food. If you have a jet ski by all means, and any other fun water crafts!
7. What will be provided on the island?
We will have water, beer and other refreshments available. We will have large tents for shade and dancing under, which is where the dj booth and bar will also be located. And of course fresh beats throughout the day!!!
8. Can I bring a cooler?
Yes, you can of course bring a cooler, we just ask that it is not a massive one to save room on the boats coming over. But anything like the polystyrene ones you get at 7-11 or about that size is fine.
9. Can we bring alcohol?
Yes you can bring alcohol, we just ask that it NOT be in a glass container.
10. Where do we park?
Parking is some what limited in the area, but street parking is legal. To save space we ask that you car pool as much as possible.
11. What time does it end?
8pm or there abouts, depending on what time sunset is that weekend. We will be ending a little while after the sun goes down.
12. Is this 21 and up?
No, this is a public island, so all ages are welcome, but we will be checking ID's and issuing wrist bands for people that wil be drinking.
