ATTENTION UP & COMING BREAKS DJ'S

Do you want to play at NU:SOUND Fridays? We're now accepting demo's.

Starting shortly, we are going to be rotating the opening slot at Republik and in true Pure Phunk fashion we'd like to help develop the next generation of Southern Ontario's breaks talent.

Here's What You Need To Do:
We're sure you're all skilled DJ's, but what we want to hear is how you would play an opening set. How would YOU set the room for the night? D-Monic considers opening an 'art', so we want to hear a 1 hour mix that showcases how you would play the 10 - 11 slot.

Put the mix on a CD and bring it out to NU:SOUND in the coming weeks (the sooner the better). Give the CD to D-Monic personally. Your CD will be listened to and judged by the most critical ear in the business.

No MP3 files will be accepted. The submissions must be on CD and delivered in person at Republik any upcoming Friday night.
