the next day when you usually feel tired and don't wanna do anything try drinking a cup of coffee, it will cheer you up sooooooo much after just one cup you'll get that happy xtc feeling again

The biggest trip while rolling is to take a piece of super minty gum like winter fresh or black ice and a white halls (those things for coughs). Put both in your mouth at the same time and chew them up.
Then take a deep breath through your nose and it opens up your sinuses and instantly peaks your buzz....
