stocks dive, plan b?

AAPL down 20%, GOOG down 10%, AMZN down 11%... =(

If you have any investment in DOW & Nasdaq, I suggest you pull everything out right now. Wait for a momentum then we jump in the bandwagon again...

You got a point, but I don't think right now is a good time to start buying again. I'd wait for a week or two, until the market is more stabilized (which I doubt will happen in a week or two).

But to your point, if you already have shares in the market, you shouldn't be selling them when they're all going down like this. That's Mad Money 101

Why would you advise for such ratical action???! The reason all the banks are failing is because people are making stupid moves like this....

In fact I took all mine out about 8 months ago, and I don't believe there's such thing as stupid moves when it comes to the stock market. I mean you can follow by the book, but all and all it's your analysis that would maximize your investment. It's all capitalism in the end, you just want to get the max out of your money.

Its the business fault in the first place, so let them suffer even though we will also take a hit.

Thing was, a good amount of the money was going to help company's OUTSIDE of the US.

Well with the stock market crashing the way it did today we already lost over 700 billion just today so good job congress!!

so what will happen, bottom line, if government refuses to step in?

Basically nobody will be able to borrow any kind of money and soon after that there will be no more credit cards then after that anarchy.. Get the picture???

this bailout is garbage. i am glad it was rejected. but will eventually pass. these executives want our money have enough capital to manipulate the market. and, administration won't be able resist. bush is leaving anyway, as if he did anything right his life.
