Can you guys tell me the best tips to make various artists tracks sounds like one artist only in a live set. In my case a commercial vocal trance band playing classics 2kish songs.

An "acoustic" friend (experienced musician) told me that the use of one kick sample only for all the tracks works, but I don't know if it's possible make this in electronic music because the importance of the characteristics of kicks in a song.

Any help much appreciated.
