I bought the Remote 25SL Compact a few months ago from the US and I have been facing a problem consistently and not been able to resolve the same by myself.

PROBLEM

With any sequencer program, the keys from the range F# (Key 68) to D# (Key 75) send only Aftertouch MIDI messages, but no note messages. I have confirmed this by connecting the RemoteSL Editor too. I have updated the instrument with the latest OS, but even this has not helped me to solve the problem. I have never made any changes to the global settings of the keyboard too.

check your sequencer. there should be 3 midi devices picked up. 1 for the encoders, 1 for the sliders and 1 for the keyboard itself.
