Doing what you don't want to do

I made a pact recently to do all the things I didn't want to do. It's the George Castenza strategy, if every instinct you have is wrong then you should do the opposite.

Today:
got up early
attacked that pile of dishes
cleaned out the fridge
ate some vegetables
ran errands
paid bills
planned meals for the week
packed a lunch instead of going out for a cheese burger
didn't go online until I finished my work

Feels good but I doubt I'll be able to keep it up for long.

What's sad is that your George Costanza day is my regular day.
