I havent tried to order cigs ... but I tried ordering alcohol that was not available to buy here (from the US) online b4 and I was not allowed. I'm guessing its a similar deal to ordering alcohol online. Canada Customs or some BS like that does not allow it.

I've used CigOutlet in the past. The product actually gets to you. I believe the maximum you can order is $90USD, or 2-4 cartons.
Keep in mind, when it comes and you go to pick it up, you might have to pay duty. If you bought 2 cartons and the total came to $50, you might be paying $60 in taxes.
They have a customer support forum, check that out.

i ordered from a site many years ago that was based out of the USA when they were still allowed to sell cigarettes to canada. i got the order but i had to pay a shitload of duties. you might end up saving like $5 a carton as opposed to buying a local canadian brand. not worth it in my opinion. i just ask friends that travel to pick me up a carton here and there from duty free.

If you're looking for Marlboro reds then you're going to be out of luck... they cannot be legally sold or imported to Canada anymore. I understand this is due to Phillip Morris' practice of adding additional nicotine to the reds line, which is why that is the only Marlboro product not sold here.
