I saw an ad for this in NOW Magazine. It might be held at one of the airport hangars.

For those who may recall, this isn't the first time an event like this has been held on the island (aside from Vfest). Mecca Festival and Bjork anyone?

I was thinking a hanger would be a cool venue, and the only place realistic at this time of year.

Any idea what time those other events went till?

don't recall anything ever going past 11 pm, especially with the ferry schedule as you mentioned and the noise bylaws in effect

Also the FB invite says it goes till 1am... but if the ferry leaves at 11

Perhaps the event organizers arranged for a special one? That would make sense for them.

I asked Adam Gill of Embrace productions, as he gave me 'gl', about it, and got no response back.

It would certainly suck to get stuck on the island if you miss the last ferry!

I just got a message from Adam, and it says that the show goes till 1am, and the ferry runs till 2am. hmmm...It obviously does not say that on the Toronto Island Ferry site.

Oh well.


If you are going, I think you have to get your ticket by today or tomorrow. So just get one even if you are unsure about coming.
