Question Need help deciding whether to move out

[EDIT: PROBLEM SOLVED. READ PAGE 7 BETCH]

Here's where I am currently:

1 bdroom apt
$1200
walking distance to gym

Here's where I have to make a decision TODAY on whether to move into or not:
5 bedroom house (4 roommates..all are cool, have known one of them for 3 years)
$760
own bedroom, but share bathroom
not walking distance to gym

It's soooooooo cheap and all the guys are cool and they have PS2, PS3, and Xbox 360!!!! And cable!!!! And I SAVE $440 EVERY month. And there's NO pigeons making humping noises everyday waking me up at 6am.

I keep thinking I need to be social and since I work alone (music and day job) it's good to be surrounded by people at home...sorta like when I lived at the frat. I miss that aspect. But everyone tells me "you're not 21 anymore jake it won't be like college." So now I'm confused. I don't know if I want to move out because I just want to make friends, or if I want to move out because living alone isn't healthy for me.

Also if I decide to move out (which I have to decide today) I won't live in the new place until I get back from Germany and Israel...and wtf what if that changes me and I come back and think to myself "holy shit why did i move here?"

What would you do? My friends all say I'm crazy for moving out, but my friends are all introverts and I think I should start listening to what I want to do.

And anyone live in a house with multiple roomies?

I don't know what I want in life.

/mid-20s crises

Advice from someone closer to my age the better. I'm 26.

move out.
more roomies to bang.

you still have your own personal space.
run to the gym, twice the workout
anddddd you have more money

This is a no brainer. Moving in with some friends and saving $440 a month? Are you drunk? God damn lush.

Fuuuuuck everyone here says move out...you two above me what are your ages? Might help me decide. I feel like if I were younger then I SHOULD move out, but being 26 I feel like I need to "grow up" and be alone. But then again that's probably what society wants me to think I should do. So totally confused.

I'll be 27 in Sept.

As much as it's nice to have your own place, you're better off saving money and having roommates.

roomates for financial reasons. But if you are tidy and organized i recommend moving on your own.

plus 3 roomates = 3 oportunities for you to pork one of them eh?

it depends what your overall motives are. If you actually plan to buy somewhere, then the 440 you'd save a month would soon add up to a nice deposit. Downside is shared bathrooms, people leaving the toilet seat covered in piss and the likes. Honestly, it's so hard to get onto the property ladder here that so many people still live with family cos mortgage deals are crippling, and renting often is in the shitty areas.

Do not move out. At least I wouldn't. OK, it's quite a bit of money but that's all forgotten as soon as your roommates start to annoy (or molest) you.

Especially since you're already used to living on your own, my guess is you want that back pretty soon.

if you're making good money, stay. invite some girls over and bang the fuck out of them.

Roomates are a pain in the ass.
