After a long hiatus I think I am ready to give producing another try. I feel a bit outdated tho on the latest VST's that are available, and the newer versions of old VST's that I may currently have.
I am looking for recommendations on VST's that will work with Fruity Loops. Any insight would help

Lets not forget Rapture, that little bitch is a powerhouse for me. Massive is powerful too but I just don't like it for some reason. Prob the cpu when I wanna get really crazy with a patch.
Yeh forgot Albino, I rarely used it when I first got it but overtime I prob wound up using it more than any synth I have.
And if you like z3ta you'll LOVE rapture, give it a try sometime.

+1 for both Rapture and Massive and I would add Tone2 Gladiator. However, since you've already got 3 very capable virtual analog subtractive synths, you may want to look at something like:
Rob Papen Blue - FM/hybrid synthesis
Native Instruments FM8 - FM synthesis
Camel Audio Cameleon500 - additive synthesis
reFX Nexus - rompler
Spectrasonics Omnisphere - expensive, but VERY powerful and deep; many synthesis types and HUGE library
Camel Audio Alchemy - new 'super-synth'; available in a few months
One last VST that I highly recommend is Tone2's WarmVerb - hands-down the best multi-effect I have ever used.

I've been using Sylenth1 a lot lately; I really like its interface.

Iv been thinking that is very important to find couple good vst-synths that are best for you.
Like myself
Sylenth, minimonsta for bass
Gladiator,v-station for leads and plucks
Nexus, vanguard for pads. also good for leads too
Example i try get superb bass sound and try all those synths and couple more. Im just getting frustrated to get the right sound and notice that i have spend 4h to just scan different synths.
Thats why i try to use only couple synths to certain sounds and producing is more effectively.
But this is only my way to do it

I have albino, vanguard, and z3ta so far.
All you need for a good start are there mate. Vanguard is incredibly straightforward and was the first synth I learnt to use. Albino is still my favourite all time VST, has everything, and just oozes quality IMO. Z3ta is also great, but I think the filters are rubbish.
I recommend mastering Albino before trying other VST's and other forms of synthesis, it's a good solid foundation. Then natuarally over time you will find ones that work best for you.
