I checked the German label Raster-Noton but it seems to be a little bit too much non-musical stuff

You probably already know these but some Apparat and Telefon Tel Aviv sounds similar.

bpitch control. Burial and a few others come close But trentemoller is among the best of the best in this genre IMO.
