Active member and co-founder of the collective Oui-R1, based in Montréal city, Peet aka dj AnimA, works within the night life community. Crossing Canada coast to coast, having gone through by the wild Rocky mountains, the obscure jungles of the Central-America and the delighted islands of caraibes, he had make traveling many supporters on various dance-floor!

In the course of his evolution, AnimA contribute a lot to create and promote underground gathering, music festival & multiple side projects. He had the chance to grew up on the side of the greatest artists of the scene. What allowed him to test his ability in front of different type of public.

His musical past goes back up to it’s childhood, since then, he’s interested in that large univers. Soon, he learn the language of music. Spending a lot of time by studing and experimente many types of gears & instruments.

Performing live in concerts, and making studio recording, Peet participate as a musician in a punk-core band native from St-Jean-sur-Richelieu (Bald Vulture. 1996-2006). Also taking part in some raggea group: in Guatemala (Los Descondidos, 2007) & in Quebec (La Racine du Nord, 2008),

It was in winter 1999, he start to discover a new dimension.......The art of djing, creating a story by playing with the elements, and mix sound togheter.

Freestyler, this DJ can surprise you at any moment. With a large selection of weapons, passing by a range of 80 to 160 bpm, he can create differents types of atmospheres depending of the vibe.
