personally i like facebook more than myspace as its more structured. No doubt that myspace you can do alot more customization.

FB is definitely more useful to me.

I can post items they dont get lost in 50,0000 spam bulletins.
I can update my status from twitter
Nothing beats having a small threaded chat and live updatin through comments.

I am HUGE on simple, clean layouts.

MySpace was a mess, but their new profile 2.0 really clean things up on it.

I hate facebook.

You should try to create an event in facebook... It's just AWESOME, by far the best marketing tool that a social networking site ever created!

I promoted my event 2 weeks ago using facebook, invited over 2400+ people from different networks (as other people can forward the invitation), 450 people replied "Will Attend", 500 people replied "maybes", 1100 not attending, and the rest just probably ignored the invitation. It was kinda in the ballpark of the ACTUAL headcount.

Chatting is a nice feature, but often times users get disconnected easily.

Notifications part is awesome, it tells you EVERYTHING that is going on within your network.

Been a facebookaddict for a while haha.. becareful that thing is addicting!

i fought against FB for over a year now b/c i already spend enough time on the computer but i needed to sign up for it b/c i had to contact some people via FB while in ibiza. after i got back from my trip i had several request from people back in atlanta that i went to high school with, then from college and now i even have people that i went to jr high with contacting me.

it's really cool that i have reconnected with quite a few people and now we are having a bit of a reunion when i head back for the holidays. it's so much fun to see how people have changed. it's like a high school reunion for the internet.

i like it and i love the chat feature. although, it keeps me on the computer longer, oh well. i still love myspace and use it for all my pics and such and it will stay uber private but my FB i left public so people can find me
