Rogers managed to cock up my bill again. Had updated my My5 a month ago, but they didn't put it through. Had a nice $3200 bill which was a bit of a surprise, hah!

all you do is dial *611 from your phone.
And when the automated voice asks what do..just say 'cancel account' and it will direct right to retention.
