Hah. Western Empire won't be affected as much, you should really put in scope how the $25 per barrel oil will affect countries like Russia, Iran, Saudi Arabia, Indonesia, etc. Thats the big question.

Ill go ahead and disagree here. Oil and Gas is a big part of the alberta and NL economy, but i would be more apt to suggest that canada has a far more diverse economy than Russia does. Mind you we are heavily reliant on natural resources (mining, oil and gas, and forestry) but we also have huge fisheries, cash crop, livestock and other renewable exports.
